1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account on 777gem and use any of its services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age via a valid Pakistani CNIC is mandatory at registration.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not hold player accounts.
• You must be registering for personal, recreational use only. Using the platform for commercial purposes without express written authorisation from 777gem is prohibited.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 777gem account under any identity.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 777gem or any associated responsible gaming body at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

1.1 Registration Process

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your CNIC number, your date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

1.2 Verification

777gem operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any point. Common documents requested include a scanned copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and screenshots or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide verification documents within the timeframe specified by the compliance team will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777gem account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during two-factor authentication. 777gem will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone.

2.1 Shared Access

You must not permit any other person to access or use your 777gem account, regardless of whether that person is a family member, friend, or other trusted individual. Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility, irrespective of who physically performed the action.

2.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777gem customer support immediately by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 13. 777gem will investigate the report and may suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation. 777gem cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

2.3 Two-Factor Authentication

777gem strongly recommends that all account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP. 2FA adds a second layer of security to your account, requiring a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number or email address in addition to your password on each login. 777gem may make 2FA mandatory for certain account actions including withdrawals above specified thresholds.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 777gem are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777gem does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777gem currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Raast instant bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the current list of active payment methods is always displayed in the account cashier.

3.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your 777gem balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though 777gem reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your 777gem balance except in the circumstances described in Section 8 (Account Suspension & Closure).

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by 777gem within the timeframes displayed in the cashier at the time of the request. In standard circumstances, withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 24 hours of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. 777gem reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 500 applies.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

777gem is obligated to comply with international anti-money laundering standards. Deposits made to a 777gem account must originate from a payment source legally owned by the account holder. 777gem will not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. Any suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

777gem offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered account holders from time to time. The availability, value, and terms of any specific bonus or promotion are governed by the individual offer terms published alongside that offer. In the event of any conflict between the individual offer terms and these Terms, the individual offer terms shall take precedence for that specific offer.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on 777gem are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the offer) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the offer terms; uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

777gem monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Any account found to be using strategies designed to circumvent the spirit of a bonus offer — including but not limited to low-risk matched betting across simultaneous accounts, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated play with other accounts — will have the relevant bonus voided and may be subject to account closure. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with 777gem's compliance team.

4.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

777gem reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and for which the deposit condition has been met will not be voided retrospectively except in cases of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

5 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

777gem provides access to casino games supplied by third-party game studios and sports betting markets managed by 777gem's in-house trading team. The rules governing individual casino games are set by the originating game studio and are displayed within each game interface. Sports betting rules including settlement procedures, void conditions, and in-play market rules are published in the sportsbook help section.

5.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games available on 777gem that incorporate random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the originating game studio. 777gem does not alter, adjust, or influence game outcomes in any way after a game round has begun. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the studio and are displayed in the game information panel.

5.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or sporting event settlement, 777gem reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the player's 777gem balance. 777gem is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.

5.3 Sportsbook Settlement

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for that sport or competition. In the absence of an official result, 777gem's trading team will use the most reliable available source to determine settlement. Settlement decisions made by 777gem's trading team are final once confirmed, subject to the appeals process described in Section 12.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777gem. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting known software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain funds, credits, or advantages not intended by 777gem.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspension measures.
• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point during the registration or verification process.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the 777gem platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777gem staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or reproducing any part of the 777gem platform without prior written consent.

7 Responsible Gaming

777gem is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides every account holder with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from the account dashboard at any time, without requiring contact with customer support for basic tool activation.

Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted by account holders will be actioned within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, access to the platform will be blocked and no marketing communications will be sent to the excluded account. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

777gem reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, suspected underage use, or at the request of a regulatory body.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your 777gem account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within seven business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

8.2 Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed by 777gem due to a breach of these Terms, the disposition of any balance held in that account will be determined by the nature and severity of the breach and is at the sole discretion of 777gem's compliance team. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or underage play, balances may be held pending a full compliance review and regulatory reporting obligations.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777gem platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 777gem or its licensors. No part of the 777gem platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of 777gem.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777gem platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777gem, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 777gem platform.

777gem's aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777gem's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

777gem collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an account on 777gem, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 777gem is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. 777gem does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers acting on 777gem's behalf, including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and cloud hosting services, under contractual data protection obligations.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which 777gem holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and 777gem, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through 777gem's internal complaints procedure before pursuing any external remedy.

12.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

To raise a formal complaint, contact 777gem customer support in writing at the email address listed in Section 13. Include your account username, the nature of the dispute, relevant dates, and any supporting documentation. 777gem will acknowledge your complaint within 72 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If an internal resolution is not achieved to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body specified by 777gem's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties, subject to any rights of appeal under applicable law.
